Restart your device. If it still happens, email us with your device model and iOS version — we'll fix it.
VS match does not start
Check your connection and try searching again. If matchmaking times out, create a Private invite or try VS again later.
Lost progress / score
Progress is saved locally on your device. Reinstalling the app clears it. We don't have a server-side backup — sorry.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple. Open the App Store purchase history and request directly there.
